Normy

This spot is integral to the life of Gnowangerup Locals.  We host all our sport fixures, junior and senior all together here--summer and winter.  Our amazing swimming pool is also located adjacent.  Our local teams are "The Bulldogs", and Normy watchs over our sporting grounds!

Did you know there was a tractor called "The Lanz Bulldog?" It was a tractor manufactured in Germany.  John Deere (think green tractors and machines) purchased Lanz in 1956 and the name fell into disuse.  The name "Bulldog" is widely used in Germany as a synonym for tractors, even today.  

The Complex ovals are a nice spot for families to stop with kids and pets. If you are here in summer and it's hot, pop into our local swimming pool situated here....it's to die for!  And if you are staying over at our gorgeous locally-run caravan park, you can sort out your booking at the local IGA.
