The Horsepower Highway Management Commitee
This trail began as an initiative of GNP360, a local group aiming to maintain life and vitality in Gnowangerup. It has grown to become it's own venture.

The Horsepower Highway is now overseen by a management committee. It is maintained by friends of the HPHWY who have adopted a tractor to assist with each tractor's upkeep.
